Hello Kitty Mooncake...

I saw Hello Kitty Mooncake at Polar on Tuesday and I wanted to buy... But when I went to see the mooncake, I find it too expensive so I decided to make them myself... It cost $37.90 at Polar... But I only spent $21 and I can make 40 mooncakes...
I spent the whole day on Saturday with my honey to make them... Cos its kind of last min and I didnt have intention to make for other ppl so I cant make a lot... I only bought 1kg of the snowskin premix and 1 pack of paste... Cos I cant buy many flavours so I only chose the green tea one... But I make many colors for the skin... And I use the Hello Kitty sushi mould to shape the mooncake... Luckily its successful and here's the result...
